He took active part in various operations conducted against the terrorists. On 21 October 2011, during an operation against the terrorists at Bara area of Khyber Agency, Captain Abdul Qadir Khan fought bravely along with his soldiers causing heavy losses to terrorists. During the same operation, he along with two other soldiers was hit and embraced shahadat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For his exemplary leadership and act of valour shown while fighting against terrorists, after shahadat; Captain Abdul Qadir Khan Shaheed was awarded Sitara-e-Basalat (SBt) by the Government of Pakistan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Captain Abdul Qadir Khan Shaheed (Sitara-e-Basalat): Captain Abdul Qadir Khan Shaheed (Sitara-e-Basalat) was from Dang Baba area of Mardan, KPK.
