The repatriation of Afghan refugees has entered its second phase, with 50 Afghan refugee families from Punjab reaching the Torkham border. Authorities have emphasized that this phase marks the continuation of a structured repatriation process, ensuring an orderly and secure transition for Afghan refugees back to their homeland.<\/p>\n The authorities have issued strict directives to take action against illegal Afghan residents and ACC cardholders. The following measures have been mandated for immediate implementation:<\/p>\n The crackdown will commence on April 3, 2025, at 8 AM. All SDPOs and SHOs have been instructed to ensure maximum arrests.<\/p>\n All apprehended Afghan nationals will be relocated daily to the Holding Center in Attock.<\/p>\n Each police station is required to conduct daily arrests, and SHOs must submit progress reports to Mr. Jahangir via the Security Branch.<\/p>\n The SDPO of Sadar Circle and SHO of City Police Station Attock will oversee shift-wise duty arrangements at the Holding Center, ensuring constant vigilance and alertness of deployed personnel.<\/p>\n All SDPOs, SHOs, and field security staff must ensure rigorous enforcement of these directives.
