Mardan – A massive solidarity rally was held under the supervision of the Mardan district administration to condemn Indian aggression and express unwavering support for Pakistan’s armed forces. The event drew participation from all walks of life, including business leaders, members of the Chamber of Commerce, government officials, lawyers, teachers, students, media representatives from the local press club, and the general public.
Commissioner of Mardan Division Nisar Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Azmatullah Wazir, and District Police Officer Zahoor Babar Afridi led the rally. Key figures such as Central Traders Association President Ehsan Bacha and former provincial minister Fazal Rabbani Advocate also addressed the gathering.
In his speech, Commissioner Nisar Ahmed strongly condemned India’s unprovoked aggression and brutal actions against civilian populations, reaffirming that the people of Mardan stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the armed forces. Deputy Commissioner Wazir stated that Pakistan’s 240 million citizens are ready to defend their homeland alongside the military. The event concluded with special prayers for the martyrs of the nation.
