Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, extended heartfelt congratulations to the nation on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer, marking the day Pakistan became the first Islamic nuclear power.
“Youm-e-Takbeer is a golden chapter in our national history, symbolizing our unwavering resolve for the defence and sovereignty of our motherland,” said Governor Kundi in his official message.
He added that the day has become a metaphor of pride, determination, and dignity for the people of Pakistan. He paid rich tribute to Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, acknowledging his visionary leadership in laying the foundation of Pakistan’s nuclear program.
“Only those nations become invincible who stand firm with sacrifice and unity,” Kundi emphasized.
Referring to recent provocations, the governor stated,
“Pakistan’s resolute and effective response to recent Indian aggression has unsettled not just India, but also raised concerns across the globe.”
Governor Kundi underscored that Youm-e-Takbeer is a clear message that Pakistan will never compromise on its national sovereignty and dignity.
He also extended profound appreciation to the country’s scientists, engineers, patriotic leadership, and the Armed Forces, stating,
“This day is not just an occasion—it is a declaration, a pledge, and a message that Pakistan shall forever endure.”
