Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended warm greetings to the Sikh community in Pakistan and across the globe on the occasion of Baisakhi, expressing hopes for a day filled with happiness, prosperity, and communal harmony.
In a message released by the Prime Minister’s Office on Monday, he stated that Baisakhi is not only a celebration of the harvest but also a festival that symbolizes farmers’ hard work and renewed hope.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the occasion reflects the enduring spirit of unity, hope, and collective renewal that binds communities together and strengthens the nation.
He prayed for prosperity in all spheres of life, peace in every heart, and development across every corner of Pakistan. “Let us draw inspiration from the spirit of Baisakhi to move forward together in building a brighter, more inclusive, and stronger tomorrow,” he said, concluding with warm wishes: “Happy Baisakhi to all!”
