Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari was arrested outside his residence in Islamabad.
According to statements released by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders on the micro-blogging site, Mazari has been arrested outside his F-7 residence, however. No official statement has been issued regarding her arrest, from government side. Kohsar police station has confirmed the arrest of Shirin Mazari.

On the other hand, Shireen Mazari’s daughter Imaan Mazari has claimed that male police officers have beaten and taken her mother away.
She said that all she was told is that Anti-Corruption Wing Lahore has taken her.
