PMD forecasts rain for various parts of country

The Meteorological Department has predicted more rains across the country from tomorrow.

According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon winds are continuously entering most parts of the country, while from July 27 (Wednesday), monsoon winds will enter the upper and central regions of the country with more intensity.
Monsoon winds entering the country from July 27 to 31 in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujarat, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Jhang, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Sahiwal, Okara, Bhakkar, Leh, Multan, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanpur, Swat, Mansehra, Kohistan, Abbottabad, Haripur, Peshawar. , Mardan, Swabi, Nowshera, Kurram, Waziristan, Kohat, Bannu, Lakki Marwat and DI Khan will cause rain with strong winds and thundershowers.

The Meteorological Department has warned of inundation of low-lying areas in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Faisalabad, Lahore and Gujranwala due to monsoon rains.
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert to all concerned departments and appealed to the travelers and tourists to travel in consideration of the weather conditions and be more careful while travelling.
