Pakistan army has foiled an infiltration bid by terrorists from Afghanistan on Thursday. Terrorists tried to infiltrate from Afghanistan in the dark of night which was thwarted by the Pakistan Army in an effective response.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), terrorists from Afghanistan tried to infiltrate Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan on Wednesday night but the terrorists fled back after effective retaliation by Pakistan Army.
ISPR said that the terrorists suffered heavy casualties but 4 soldiers of Pakistan Army were martyred in the exchange of fire.
According to ISPR, the martyrs include Lance Hawaldar, Jahat Alam, Sepoy Sajid Inayat, Maqbool Hayat and Sajid Ali. The statement says that Pakistan Army is committed to eradicate the scourge of terrorism while the sacrifices of brave youth further strengthen our resolve.
