Naseem Shah (Cricketer):

Naseem Abbas Shah hailing from the Lower Dir town of Mayar Jandool is one of the few cricketers who made their Test debut at the age of 16. Soon after, he set a record as the youngest bowler to take a hat-trick in a Test match.

Naseem Shah debuted in 2018-19 for Zarai Taraqiati bank limited. In 2019-20, he was also up for the Quaid-e-Azam trophy. Pakistan cricket board also chose him to be one of the players in the National T20 cup tournament. In October 2019, he stood out against Australia in a Test series. The same month, he was selected to play in two games against Sri Lanka.

At the tender age of 16, he quickly gained fame as the sport’s youngest fast bowler. He was the second-youngest bowler to take five wickets in a Test match and the youngest pace bowler to do so in December 2019 during the second Test match against Sri Lanka. In February 2020, he did it against Bangladesh in the first Test.
