Takht Bhai: Takht Bhai Youth Parliament has decided to launch a comprehensive public awareness campaign against the growing trend of online gambling through gaming platforms and lucky draws.

The decision was made during the organisation’s monthly meeting, where participants discussed various social issues affecting young people, with particular focus on the increasing popularity of online games involving gambling elements.

The meeting unanimously resolved to educate youth and the general public about the religious, ethical, and social consequences of online gambling through a broad-based awareness campaign.

Participants also decided to convene a special gathering of prominent religious scholars and Muftis from Takht Bhai to deliberate on the issue in light of Islamic teachings and issue clear guidance for the public.

A strategy was formulated to ensure the effectiveness of the campaign, while separate committees were established to oversee different aspects of its implementation.

The participants pledged to work collectively with religious scholars, teachers, parents, social organisations, and all segments of society to protect the younger generation from gambling and other social evils.
